Lower Body Day : I'm still working on bringing up my unilateral leg strength disparity from the Patellar tendon rupture so deadlifts are always sub maximal for now,we can still gain strength by simply moving weights faster whilst allowing us to strengthen current weak areas.

In my case this means solid squatting within the narrow confines of a middle aged mans recovery, usually "helped" by 70+ hour weeks starting at daft o'clock in the morning (05:00 am) then squeezing training in about 19:30 at night before collapsing in bed at 23:30 for my 5.5 hours of sleep per night ,to get up and repeat the process...Obviously far from ideal but there you go.

"Beggars can't be choosers" as my old mam likes to say.

You might ask yourself how much i'd lift with even a half reasonable schedule and lifestyle?

Instragram lifestyle ,this certainly ISN'T .
