When to repot individually Nepenthes seedlings (sometime you have no choice)

When and why to individually repot Nepenthes seedlings?
Well, when the leaves start to cast shadow on each other in order to grow the fastest possible.
But sometime, the small seedlings can start dying and you will have to repot them in a new pot to prevent the infection to kill them all...
By the way, the LVB hybrid seedlings are 1 year old.
