Web News Desk, Trending News Fox, Kolkata: The Calcutta High Court has set a time limit for the submission of fees in private schools. Private School closed due to corona hygiene. That is why the guardians approached the court demanding a waiver of fees. Initially, the court rejected their claim and asked them to pay a 75 percent fee. This time it was instructed to divide it and give 50 percent quickly. The remaining 75 percent must be paid within two weeks.

The court said those who did not pay school fees for the 2020-21 academic year would have to pay 50 percent immediately. In the next two weeks, 25 percent of the fee has to be paid. The court also wanted to know the details of the fees due to the schools.

In addition, the court has received complaints from parents that all the services that the school is not providing are being combined and fees are being demanded. On the basis of that allegation, the court order should be sent to the parents with the details of how much money is being taken in which sector. Besides, a division bench of Justice Indraprasanna Mukherjee said that affidavits have to be submitted on behalf of students and schools. The next hearing of the case will be on October 1.
